Booking terms

• Fare: The fare is told to you on call or WhatsApp before you confirm the booking.
• Toll, parking and entry tax: Paid as per actual, unless the quote says they are included.
• Extra stops and waiting: Tell the driver or us in advance. Longer detours or waiting may change the fare.
• Advance and cancellation: Any advance amount and the cancellation rules are shared at the time of booking.
• Luggage and passengers: Please tell us the number of people and bags so we send the right car.
• Road conditions: Travel times are estimates and can change with traffic, weather and road work.
